Healing that makes room for your faith.

You shouldn't have to choose between excellent therapy and a faith that matters to you. We offer evidence-based, individualized care that can thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith as much or as little as you'd like, while always staying grounded in sound clinical treatment.

Faith Can Be Part of the Conversation

You decide how much faith belongs in the room

Faith and psychology don't have to compete. For many people, emotional healing and spiritual growth grow together.

Some clients want Scripture, prayer, or biblical principles woven directly into their sessions. Others simply want a therapist who understands their worldview without necessarily bringing faith into every conversation. Both are welcome here, and neither is treated as the "more serious" option. Whatever you choose, the clinical care underneath stays the same: individualized, evidence-based, and centered on you.

If faith is central to your healing

We can incorporate Scripture, prayer, or biblical principles directly into your sessions, integrated thoughtfully alongside clinical treatment, not in place of it.

If you simply want to be understood

We can work with you in a way that respects your worldview and values, without faith needing to be an explicit part of every session.

A Whole-Person Approach

Care for more than just the symptom in front of us

Good therapy considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis. That means paying attention to your emotional wellbeing, your relationships, your body, and when it matters to you, your spiritual life too. Integrating faith doesn't soften or replace sound clinical treatment. It becomes one more meaningful resource we draw on, alongside everything else that helps you heal.

Our Approach

Clinically sound, personally meaningful

Treatment stays individualized no matter what brought you in. Depending on what fits your story, that might include EMDR, CBT, DBT, attachment-focused work, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, or emotion regulation skills. None of this changes because faith is part of the picture, it simply gives us more of the full context of who you are.

When you'd like it, biblical principles can be woven into that same clinical framework, thoughtfully and only where it genuinely fits your goals, not as a separate track from your care.

Common Questions

What to know before you reach out

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?+
No. Christian counseling is one option we offer, not a requirement for care. We work with clients of every background and belief, and you're always welcome here regardless of your faith.
Will we pray during sessions?+
Only if you want to. Some clients find prayer meaningful in session, others don't, and we follow your lead rather than assuming.
Can Scripture be part of our work together?+
Yes, if that's meaningful to you. We can thoughtfully integrate Scripture and biblical principles alongside clinical treatment whenever it supports your goals.
Is Christian counseling still evidence-based?+
Yes. Faith integration happens alongside proven clinical approaches, never instead of them. The therapy you receive is grounded in the same evidence-based methods we use with every client.
Can I choose how much faith is part of my sessions?+
Absolutely. This is entirely up to you, and it can also change over time. We'll check in with you along the way rather than deciding for you.

You can bring all of yourself here.

Your faith and your mental health don't have to live in separate rooms. Whenever you're ready, we're here for both.
