You don't have to carry this alone.
Crawley Integrative Marriage and Family Therapy is a California telehealth practice helping individuals, couples, and families move from surviving to living well.
We treat the whole person, not the diagnosis.
If you're here...
- If your relationship doesn't feel the way it used to.
- If anxiety has started running your life.
- If you've spent years carrying weight that was never yours to carry.
- If the work you love has left marks you didn't expect.
- If you're simply exhausted.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Support built around your story, not a checklist
Different people need different paths forward
No two people carry the same story, so we don't offer the same treatment to everyone who walks through the door. Some sessions draw on EMDR to help the body finally release what it's been holding. Others lean on the steadier, skills-based work of CBT or DBT, or the slower, relational rebuilding of attachment-focused therapy.
What stays constant is the posture behind it: trauma-informed, paced to what you can hold, and shaped around the whole of who you are rather than a single symptom. We integrate what fits your story instead of asking your story to fit one method.
A small practice, chosen carefully
Crawley Integrative was built to stay small enough that every clinician on our team is someone we'd trust with our own family. We're a supervising founder and a growing group of associates, all working from the same integrative, trauma-informed foundation.
Care that meets you wherever you are in California
Whether you're in a city apartment or a small town three hours from the nearest therapist's office, the same care is available to you. Every session happens over secure video, so you can show up as yourself, from the place that already feels like yours.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”Psalm 34:18
Faith is part of the foundation of this practice, but it is never required of the people we work with. Wherever you stand, you are welcome here.
